FULL SERVICE:

-Spring Clean Up -Weekly Mowing Visits -Garden Bed Maintenance (as required) -Shrub Pruning and Trimming (as required) -Fall Clean up

Spring clean ups start early spring and include, collect leaves and debris, remove perennial growth, cut back ornamental grasses, trim/prune shrubs where required, edge, weed and cultivate existing beds.

Fall clean up will start after November 1st

PARTIAL SERVICE:

-Weekly Mowing Visits -Fall Clean up

Fall clean up will start after November 1st, we will make two to three visits to complete the following, collect all leaves and other debris, cut down ornamental grasses and perennial growth, final mowing visit.

MOWING SERVICE:

-Weekly Mowing Visits

Cut all turf on property, trim all areas around trees, fences, building, edge (machine) all hard surfaces and garden beds, blow all hard surfaces clean including the curb.

TURF HEALTH PACKAGE:

-Fertilizing Programs -Core Aeration -Rolling -Dethatching -Over Seeding (Split Seeder) -Top Dressing

The fertilization program consists of four applications. Suggested spring services include core aeration, rolling, dethatching, and top dressing. For early fall, it's recommended to perform overseeding (using a split seeder) and top dressing.
